Assistance with Kleopatra decryption error

Hello,

I’m wondering if you have any trouble-shooting tips in relation to the error message indicated below. My company uses Kleo to encrypt donation files to our clients, and this client – whose key has been active since March 2014 – is getting the error message below when attempting to decrypt a .gpg file I’ve prepared for him.

When he clicks “Show Details” it just says “Unknown error”.

Any assistance you can offer would be much appreciated.
