And here was the ^ problem.  Not sure why but if I export the calendar
to ICS format everything works.  The exported ICS format calendar was
put in the directory where the radicale server expected it, Korganizer
was set up for the correct url with calendar.ics at the end and it
worked.  Does anyone know why Korganizer fails to display if the VCS
format is used?  Is this a bug?
