Sometimes I've got ghost emails on Google Mail. The ghost 
mails don't have been produced by KMail, but by K9-Mail 
Android. KMail with IMAP access to the mail server was not able 
to delete the ghost mails. I could delete them only in Google's 
Web Mail.
