I don't know, how to bring back the menu entry, but this should give you an entry in the toolbar:

In the message view, do Settings -> Configure Toolbars -> Show message structure under "Available actions". It should be in the list in the left side. Drag&drop it to the "shown actions" (right) side. After this, there should be a "show message structure" button in the toolbar of the message view.

This is translated back German to English, so it probably isn't exact.
