Hey,

thanks for the example mail. But they way you sent it is not useable for us to 
test. Because if you send the mail as bare text kmail with change stuff in 
there. Please use Message->Forward -> As Attachment. That way I really get the 
raw mail content and I'll see/not see your issue directly. Can you please 
resent an example?
