In that case: -> bugs.kde.org ;)

You should at least get a warning that you're trying to remove an agent that is required (ideally including by what other agent(s)), but if you can show that a given agent is in fact not a hard requirement the better fix would be to remove it from the corresponding list(s) of requirements.
