Re: discipline

I am trying to discipline myself to check email only 4 times a
day: morning, noon, 5 pm and bedtime. However, I want to send
emails whenever the mood strikes me.
 
As it is, emails appear in my inbox when received.  I can, of
course, just ignore them until checking time.  But I wonder if
there might be some way to train Kmail to keep new emails out
of my inbox until the designated times?
