i owe somebody on the kontact team a thank you (tumbleweed, postgres, kolabsys)

suse tumbleweed tends to track the latest and greatest of kontact. every 
month or so i try again to get kmail and korganizer to talk to kolabsys.

on a hunch, last night i also switched from mysql to psql 10:

then, bypassing the kmail interface temporarily, with its "wizards", i 
added a kolabsys account via akonadiconsole... and, it worked!

so, bypassing the korganizer interface temporarily, i added a caldav 
calendar by URL, via akonadiconsole... and, it worked!

i want to highlight the vastly smaller output from "akonadictl fsck" 
when the postgres database is used instead of mysql. way fewer orphans.

thanks to all! it has been several years since this worked.
