Well, on Debian/unstable, with EWS 5.9.3, I can connect to office365:

- Email and username are set to my work email address
- Domain checkbox is ticked
- Domain field is empty
- I don't remember if server autodiscovery worked
- EWS URL is: https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx

In advance tab:
- Enable NTLMv2 is not checked
