Do you mean "implemented"?

I definitely do not want these local folders; they are just annoying, and I
wish I could delete them. I'm using IMAP accounts, and that involves that
I do not want to store the messages locally. If I wanted to store them
locally, I wouldn't use IMAP.

Which is far worse than annoying because it means I have sometimes unsent
messages piled up in local folders without knowing about it. This is a
really bad idea. It's another reason that I don't want local folders.

It is usually a bad idea to configure an MTA as an open relay.

No, the wizard only messes things up. That's what they always do.

Well, it's totally confusing and, like I said, it's the reason because it
gets all messed up. I just want to use some email accounts.
