KMail, Plasma or KWin bug?

Hi,

If I open an image attatched to a mail, it opens gwenview. I look and press 
CRTL + Q - and KMail is quit, not gwenview. That is a BAD BUG, right? But 
where to file, KMail, Plasma, KWin???
