Can't find spam-wizard

Don't know what I did.  Any suggestions? Spam wizard used to be in Tools.  I 
use kmail 5.9.3 on debian buster.  I use pop-3 and have bogofilter and 
spambayes loaded.

Despite this, spambayes seems to be working...sending probably spam to my 
probable-spam folder.
