Check the Header Style Plugins in KMail's plugin configuration.

Checking the plugin configuration after an upgrade is in general a good idea 
if you are using advanced features, since more and more advanced features are 
moved to plugins to make KMail by default a bit less overwhelming for "normal" 
users.
