weird filter failure, FIXED?

Greetings all;

One of my filters fails on incoming imap mail. So the mail winds up in the 
junk folder. Filter is on List-Id for dovecot.

But if I then do a ctl+j on it while its in the junk-mail folder, it is 
moved and marked as it should have been when it was first fetched.

I have even moved it to first in the filter order. Didn't help. But, under 
advanced, the box for "apply this filter to inbound msgs", was not checked.
