KMail compiles the list of suggestions from different source.

One source is the address book, but I guess the unwanted addresses are not 
stored there.

Another source is recently used addresses. Those addresses are stored in 
~/.config/kmail2rc under the key "Recent Addresses" of the [General] section. 
You can remove unwanted addresses from this list.

I'm not sure whether KMail also suggests addresses found in the received 
emails.
