KAddressbook Distribution List Greyed Out

Greetings.

I use Kubuntu 22.04.01. The same was the case when I originally installed 
Kubuntu 20.04.01

Creating a Distribution List in Kaddressbook and from Kmail is greyed out and 
it won't work.

I can't find anything recent about the issue with Google.

Is the "Distribution List" feature still in development, is it dysfunctional 
or was there an installation glitch?

I need it to work.
