Kalender and Contacts from Exchange

Hi, i'm using Kontact and add an account from a Microsoft Exchange. So far the Mails were be "added" and my personal Calendar and my Contacts too, but in Calendar i only see my calendar and not our from the department. And at contacts, i have around 20-40 contacts, they wan't be shown. Is there anything i can setup to have this working? I don't won't to use OWA... Thanks for any hints...
