The message is shown by the email background service Akonadi. The filter configuration is stored in the file ~/.config/akonadi_mailfilter_agentrc Open this file in an editor and look for a filter which mentions "forward". Do not edit the file. Instead open the filter configuration in KMail and look for the filter that mentioned "forward". Create a new filter with the same settings and then delete the old filter.
