Kmail not in Kontactstrip

Hi there,
month ago i installed KDE-Pim with Kmail, Kontact, Calender etc.
My OS ist:
Manjaro-KDE with version:
Betriebssystem: Manjaro Linux
KDE-Plasma-Version: 5.27.7
KDE-Frameworks-Version: 5.108.0
Qt-Version: 5.15.10
Kernel-Version: 6.1.44-1-MANJARO (64-bit)
Grafik-Plattform: X11
Prozessoren: 12 × 12th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-1265U
Speicher: 30,8 GiB Arbeitsspeicher
Grafikprozessor: Mesa Intel® Graphics
Hersteller: Dell Inc.
Produktname: Latitude 7530

(I use Kontact with Akonadi for EWS)
I don't often use KDE-Pim for some reason. Speed: Kmail is slow by working
with our Mailserver (Exchange), filtering mail is slow and more like this.

So since a longer time i don't open Kontact. Today i opened it again and
now KMail isn't shown in the Kontactwindow. It has it's own window,
seperated from Kontact.
So first, how could i integrate kmail again in Kontact and is there an
howto to work with Exchange with more speed as it is now?
