If you quickly want to open a folder then you can use the Jump to Folder 
action which should be mapped to 'j'. In the window that opens you can then 
type a substring of the folder to narrow down the list of folders. Similarly, 
to quickly move a message to another folder you can use the Move Message to 
Folder action which is mapped to 'm'.
