Add Appointment to calender

Hi, for some reasons i can't add an appointment to my calender, wich
is used with Exchange EWS. Appointments i create will only be in my
personal calender on my device, but not synced to EWS.
Invitations that were sent to me, i take them and they will appear
double: in my personal and EWS.

Is there anything i can check and use the EWS to create direct into it?
Is it possible to add group calenders? In Webbrowser i have the
permission to read/write, but in kontakt not.
