Hi everybody,

akonadi shows schizophrenic behavior since my last Manjaro update:
$ akonadictl stop                                                                                                                                            
Akonadi is not running.
$ akonadictl start                                                                                                                                        
Akonadi is already running.
$ akonadictl stop                                                                                                                                         
Akonadi is not running.
 $ akonadictl restart                                                                                                                                      
Akonadi is not running.
$
This looks like akonadi has duplicated and inconsistent code to check if 
akonadi is running. 


I am running

$ akonadictl -v 
akonadictl 6.5.0 (25.08.0) 
$ 

on Manjaro stable.

akonadi based apps like akonadiconsole do not start:

$ akonadiconsole 
setHighDpiScaleFactorRoundingPolicy must be called before creating the 
QGuiApplication instance 
Please register the custom scheme 'cid' via 
QWebEngineUrlScheme::registerScheme() before installing the custom scheme 
handler. 
libva error: /usr/lib/dri/i965_drv_video.so init failed 
stores  4 
org.kde.pim.akonadicore: ""
