Failed Akonadi start

Hi

Since the upgrade to Version 6.7.0 (26.04.0) of Kontact on my personal stuff 
login, i've had issues loading, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. 
I've not upgraded postgresql at all and i've not noticed it being upgraded 
from 16 to 18 - is there a way to tie Kontact to version 16 until i decide to 
change it? I am assuming that this is the error.
