Unread mails in folder overview

Hi,
I'm running one machine with openSUSE Leap 16.0 (KMail 25.04.3)

In the overview tree, a high number of unread mails is shown, whereas, whe=
n=20
opening a mail folder, no mails are unread.
The machine runs the postgres backend, I tried akonadictl fsck/vacuum with=
 no=20
success.
Any suggestion what I could try to fix this?
