Forrest antlet first version

Hi,

I committed a first version of the forrest antlet in in cvs. The main problem I had was a "build.sysclasspath" property set to "last" in the original cent, which caused the ant 1.6.1 classpath to be added to the forrest classpath. It seems that mixing two different ant 1.6 classpaths cause problems (see my previous mail about migrating cents).
