The build.xml should probably determine the dependencies between the
cruisecontrol targets and the others.
The cruisecontrol-antlet should probably have no knowlede of the others
targets or antlets.

this is where my knowledge fails (I am trying to find a colleage to comment
on the subject).
This seems the part that should be solved independant of Centipede/Antlets?
I guess you are talking about SourceControl implementations?

4. Forrest publishers?
One of my goals is to have an integrated forrest project portal, so cruise
control feedback should probably be published in forrest.
The forrest portal could also give insight in historical problems that were
reported by cruisecontrol.

Except for 3. it doesn't seem like much of a problem, so lets give it a
shot.
My only problem is that I am going to use the basics of centipede in a
project for the next weeks,
and because things are not as much finished as I'd wanted them to, it's
going to take all my time,
so I don't know if i'll be able to add cruisecontrol to my setup very soon.
