Description: Many cents have configuration files associated with them, some also have documentation templates. Individual projects need to override these settings.



Checkstyle has been converted to do this, all other sents also need to be converted.

Since I have done nothing on this for some time and "centipde2" is near Beta I am deleting this task to get it off my SF home page.
