Example antlet (junit)

A collegue of mine has started refactoring the junit antlet. I'd like to use this antlet as an example of how the other antlets should look like.

Please comment on the antlet and help to complete it as an example (directory structure, contents, naming conventions, targets, documentation, etc.).
