Presumable specifying "-projecthelp" should be giving
me a list of targets.  It does not:

C:\Projects\krysalis-template\smoke-test>cent -projecthelp

antlets and importer no longer have this error.

Same results with cygwin for me.  JDK is 1.4.1 under win2000.
