Helloworld, must support linking the forrest generated
site to the standard javadocs.

I hacked forrest.   
the html as copied after coocon is done.

This should not be necesaryy, but at least the site links
work now.
Lowering pri to post beta3.

Nicola I think you are going to have to dig into this.  I
seem a little lost.
