Re: Finally working towards Barcode4J 1.0

The vote is now as good as it gets. I've gone forward and upgraded
Barcode4J to ALv2 and changed the Copyright name.

I've tried to contact Chris Dolphy (contributor of the POSTNET
implementation) about the change and haven't received any answer. I hope
he's only on holidays and will respond soon. So much for a painless
procedure.
