PieChart3D Bug

Just a quicky while it's still on my mind, just in case anyone else hits
the problem.

With jCharts 1.0.0 development code base.

If all datapoints in a PieChart3D dataset are 0 it seems that for
certain JVMs a Sun class goes into a tight loop.

Red Hat Linux release 7.3 (Valhalla)
Kernel 2.4.18-3 on an i686

The upside of all this is I now have a wonderfully tuned Tomcat engine
as I wrestled with what I initially thought was a performance problem
...

As an update for what we are doing. We are in acceptance testing at the
moment. We'll be looking to checking in our changes to the jCharts 1.0
tree towards the end of October. 3D bars, rotated X axis text, plus a
few other bits of bobs.
