0.7 patches?

Hi,

I needed to show value labels in BarCharts, PieCharts, PointChars and=20
ComboCharts so I've implemented it for jCharts 0.7, (probably needs=20
polishment).

My concern is that I'm not sure if 0.7 is final and only 1.0 patches are=20
accepted.
