Summary: Apache Forrest plugin

Initial Comment:
The attached zip uses JCharts (along with the
whiteboard/zip components) to create a plugin for
Apache Forrest that enables JChart graphs to be
included in a Forrest project.

If the JChart community are not interested in this
plugin I will commit it to Apache Forrest itself,
however, I would like it to be considered here as it
would seem more appropriate within the community with
the majority of code in the plugin.
