Summary: Stacked Bar Chart does not plot values in the -ve Y Axis

Initial Comment:
If one tries to plot negetive values in a Stacked Bar 
Chart, values get plotted in the positive Y-axis only.

Have used -ve values to generate the graph in the 
attached file. But stiil the values are getting plotted in 
the +ve Y-Axis.
