First commit

As an exercise I have one mod to commit, that for rotated x-axis text
labels. I've done a test driver, what should I do for documentation.
Someone might have to give me a quick tutorial on what else needs to be
added in terms of supporting information.

There is one new method added to AxisTypeProperties, then code is added
to Xaxis to rotated and render the label.

	
axisProperties.getXAxisProperties().setLabelRotationAngle(30);

I also note that my NetBeans IDE doesn't use tabs but substitutes 8
spaces and most of the other code is tabbed for indentation is this the
standard? I'll see how I can change NetBeans if so.
