Right now it is manually, but perhaps it could be automated if no column numbers are specified.
For example, if you have the legend on the right or left, we default to a single column, whereas
if you have the legend above or below, we fit as many as we can and then add a second row.

Yeah, you can do this now by specifying NULL for the LegendProperties.
