Fractional value labels

Hello,

I am making a bar chart, where my value labels are fractional numbers. i.e. 

	0,3.75,2.0,4.142857

But when the chart is displayed, the values are appearing as whole numbers... they appear as 0,4,2,4

How can the actual fractional values be displayed on the bars ??
