I guess he ment adding value labels, it can be done using ValueLabelRenderer
class but it works with bar and clustered-bar charts only - examples
in guide:
http://jcharts.sourceforge.net/userGuide/axisCharts/bar/#Bar+Labels

When I checked last time it was not possible for stacked charts and
line charts.
