RE: stackedbar with value < 0

Actually it works fine on the 1.0 branch - that's something I put in. Just
set values to negative.

Attached chart from the StackedBarTestDriver with these values:

		double[][] data = {{-280, 16, -150, 90, 60, 200, 150, 60 },
{80, 216, -10, 30, 15, 90, 150, 87 } };
