Horizontal Bar Chart, bar label position

I need to place the bar label on (or in) the bar rather than at the Y =
axis:

need this:

test 1                               |
-----------------------------------
------------------------
test 2                  |

--------------------

Instead of the standard bar chart:=20

          |--------------------------
test 1  |                            |=20
          |--------------------------
          |---------------------=20
test 2  |                       |  =20
          |---------------------=20
