Is JCharts Apache or BSD license

I'm trying to figure out exactly which license JChart uses. On the krysalis=
=20
website it says it's apache style, but the sourceforge page says BSD.=20

I would like to use JCharts in jakarta JMeter and include the jar. Can one=
=20
of the developers respond with a confirmation of the license and if=20
including the jar is OK.
