Plugin update site

Thinking of creating an update site for the version plugin, so the eclipse 
users can point the update manager directly to the site and install/update 
automatically.

Even though its not fully complete, it works to some extent, it needs some 
more testing and tinkering around, but it is ready to the extent that it 
shows the view nicely. And it would give a chance for you all to see it and 
give your suggestions.

What I have done is created the site in the Apache server under the htdocs 
dir. Not sure how I can do it in Krysalis, can any one help with what kind 
of server we have and how I can access it to create the dir ?
