New projects, new developer

Dear krysalis friends,

  as you all know I have asked to start a new project called swingx and 
another one. Reality has shown that the best thing is to *always* start 
in "sandbox", hence I'm going to start it in metamorphosis.

Let's keep this in mind for future projects.

Secondly, meet Kenneth J. Pouncey (aka kjp1).

He will probably work on metamorphosis on two projects:

  - krysalis-jplugin
  - krysalis-swingx

both taken from the dead-code krysalis-monarch that as a result will be 
dismantled.

Kenneth is the primary author of a AS400 Telnet 5250 written in java 
that I use at work and I hack with from time to time.

I've added him to metamorphosis already :-)

Kenneth, let's continue discussions about this here if you don't mind, 
so others can eventually partecipate too. Just prepend [jplugin] to all 
messages about jplugin.
