Thanks for the link.  Have read it.

Not had to much time lately.  Just a little update so far though follows:

Have the packages refactored as of last discussion.
Had it building with ant and the build.xml files.  Even the run option 
worked.  I then changed a few things and now am having an error 
compiling but no time to actually check what it is.  Will do so soon though.
