The first part of the jplugin is in CVS.  It looks like the lib directory 
did not import though.  Humm wonder why.  Actually that was a good thing as 
the jars need to be added with -kb as binary files instead of a normal add 
to cvs.  Will try to get that as well.

Before importing it ran on one of my development machines but one of the 
others it did not.  Pretty sure it was an environment problem the reason it 
did not run on the other.  Still never got it working on Mac but that was 
using the jdk1.4 version of mac which in my opinion has a few problems 
anyway.

Cut the lib/optional down to three or four .jars so that is smaller as well 
but ended up having to cut out the javahelp sheet.  Maybe we can put that 
one back in later if you want.

Hope this helps and will try to get the lib updated as well.
