New mailing list for metamorphosis sandbox

The krysalis sandbox is really metamorphosis, so the PMC has decided to 
move the sandbox mailing list there.

I created

  metamorphosis-sandbox
  metamorphosis-cvs

mailing lists (automatic setup in progress).

I will automatically move all subscribers to those lists later today, 
and set up commit messages accordingly.

After that [email protected] will be discontinued.
