Anou/I are game to help out also, since we can clearly duplicate the
problem. Good learning exercise for Anou/I.

I download the latest centipede last night, just in case, but it worked for
me...

Q: Does Ruper have some logging switch? Is it getting some excpetion (IO)
but masking it w/ "not found"? If we run Ruper on the command line ought we
see output?

Looks like poi is having the same problem, downloading jars.

http://cvs.apache.org/builds/gump/latest/jakarta-poi.html

This is something to do with Ruper and VFS. I will keep looking.
