Help needed with Centipede Build

Hi All,

  I am facing a problem making a simple build with centipede. I am trying to (as a simple build) compile my source code and create the Jar files. This task is specified in the build.xml file of my project which was being used until now. It runs perfectly fine as an ant task and the build is successful. The ant task successfully completes all tasks and makes a build directory where it places all the classes and also later packages the jars within the lib folder in this directory.
  If, however, I try to perform exactly the same task using the centipede.xml as a wrapper around the same build.xml file used above, then it doesn't complete the task and the build fails while compiling. It isn't able to locate some files. I am not overwriting any properties within the centibuild.xml and both build files are within the same directory.
  Another thing, If however, I run the ant task first ( which creates the build/classes and build/lib jar files) and then run the same cent task, then the cent task builds successfully. I am unable to understand why this is so and would appreciate if someone would share similar experiences.
