javasrc cent query

Hello: I am trying to use the javasrc cent in my project build. However, the dir structure for my project is different from the default which Centipede uses. All my src code is under the directory prj1/src/ There is no prj1/src/java/ as is assumed by Centipede. Do I need to tell this to javasrc cent or set any property somewhere? In module.xml file???
